
GRANTS
Over the past 12 years, the Turn 2 Foundation has awarded over $8 million in grants to programs in the New York City, Western Michigan and Tampa, Fla. areas, whose goals and missions are equivalent to those of the Foundation. The Foundation has since established its own signature programs in these three geographic locations. Going forward, Turn 2 will focus its funding on maintaining and enhancing these signature programs and will no longer accept new grant requests or proposals. |

The Jeter’s Leaders is a youth leadership, social change program named by the captain of the New york Yankees, Derek Jeter, and funded by his Turn 2 Foundation. The program is designed to promote healthy lifestyles, academic achievement and social change activism among high school students.
